Just to let you know, all 23 rooms at the Stanton Manor have been sold to us. Please try them just in case of a cancellation but as per original post there are plenty of alternatives in the local area and I am told by hotel staff that taxi situation is good if pre booked.

The hotel will be able to cater for all of us for the club dinner and hot and cold buffet on the Sunday so socially it will be fine.

Take care and regards.

Julian
Bit late to the party here in terms of booking accommodation. Stanton Manor full only just wondered where the preferences are in terms of alternatives? Julian has provided the link through Castle Combe website and there are plenty of options only would be good to be with fellow owners rather than just taking a punt and booking somethin....Billy No Mates style!

I now have a list of orders for Atomic Mass t-shirts. This will be the final list and will be used for manufacturing.

If anyone would like to edit or delete an order (or add themselves), please let me know in the next week or so. Thanks. We'll print some spares, but I want to be sure everyone gets the Reverend on their chest.

The final shirt design is at the bottom of the list. It now features the car graphic in the banner. It'll be screen printed onto a good quality, soft, blue cotton. I've sought samples, to be sure.

You're on the list, Andy.

The shirt order is going off today. So if you fancy a t-shirt after Monday (27 July), you'll have to buy a spare at the event. We'll get a few extras made.

Bloody Hell! I had noted this event down for September on my iPhone/iPad with a reminder to book it nearer the time (as it depended on work commitments) and have just opened the Atom Forum page today and spent the last hour piecing together what the hell is going on! :D :D.
Anyway, the Haynes museum tour/lunch-paid for, the dinner places booked and paid for, for me and the other half and the same for the track day. Phew.
(Accommodation not booked as yet as the hotel proper all booked up as you know but MAY just drive back to home (in Cardiff) and back again for the next day's (Sunday) activities and the trackday but will see nearer the time if we book a Premier Inn or such like near to Castle Combe.

Hope I am not too late but please put me down for the T-shirt in XL for my short-arse 5'7" frame. (Biggish shoulders y'see and a tumble dryer at home that could shrink concrete slabs so I figure it will fit just nicely after a month or two!)

Thanks Steve.

Regards,
Mark & Sonia

Mark, I guess you must be able to get accommodation near by. Check the castle Combe web site, they have a list of near by hotels, pubs etc.

Seems a ball ache driving  to and from Cardiff. Incidentally, where abouts in Cardiff?

Steve, can I have my T-shirts in green as the blue just won't go with my car? Blue and green should never be seen! Pms

Mark,

Penarth originally but been up here for 30 years. I have a caravan in Sully so I come down from time to time. When I come in the Atom I will message you.

Don't know what your budget is for hotel but if no limit check out Manor House near castle Combe, amazing, very special.

Tom/Julian

I have just transferred £273.90 to the Club account to cover the trackday, and all the various dinners for the weekend x2. We have Saturday dinner included as staying at the Stanton.

Cheers
