Anyone else training down on Saturday morning? The factory have said they'll minibus us from Crewkerne station if we're on the 09.49 arrival.

Steve Walker and I will be leaving on the 07.17 from Clapham Junction.

Yesterday I was at Goodwood watching my mate lose his trackday cherry in his Boxter sowing machine, I took the opportunity to noise test my 220 Decibel generator with a new Merlin Motorsport Muffler clamped onto the exhaust.
My last test at Goodwood was 108db @ 6000 rpm (they are most insistent that this is the test speed), yesterday however I managed only 103db, engine warm, away from the fence and all the rest. Am I looking at a new exhaust? or am I flogging a dead horse?

Incidently a marquee is being erected right next to the test area for the Goodwood Revival on the 17th! this will surely affect any subsequent testing.

Grateful for any constructive comments.

No! It's not that I don't want him there, it's just logistics and school. Oh and looking forward to getting you a beer!

Forget the €20, I had plus you bought a large round on that last night, mine was not.

John , I have a spare seat going down on Saturday and alternate car for luggage if you can stand to slum it in a Mk2. I am a 5 min walk from Chiswick Park tube. As per previous post, was thinking about leaving around 9-10.
