Rubber engine mounts vs urethane

My car was deliver new with the rubber engine mount bushings. They lasted all of 400 Km's, before the engine was resting on the frame. The factory replaced them with the Urethane. Then engine hasn't moved since, but I'm starting to run into the same problems of excessive vibration that the Atom 2 chaps have to deal with. Cracking rear light cluster mounts, and the (complete crap) plastic bulb mounts, inside the housing, that have worn out. The bulbs basically drop out.
I loved the smooth isolation of the original mounts. What are the new cars using?
