TEK upgrade?

Has anybody tried to strengthen the tow eye kit with additional braces??
After a wall contact with the front wing it is slightly bent, hence I think some kind of upgrade would be of benefit?!
I thought of something like this...

i had to weld lots of braces on mine to stop my front wing from ratteling around.

The design has done its job !

Better to deform the front tow hook/wing mounting than the chassis.

I agree with you John, nevertheless I believe it could be improved.
I had a conversation with my local metalworker last evening and he had some promising ideas.
We will see the result next week hopefully...

If I understand things correctly, they have redesigned the mounting bracket of the wing, and not the tow eye kit itself. Good thing if you're looking for a new wing, not quite as good if you already have one...
