Bleeding new Radiator

I should be getting my recored radiator back this week.
Any advice on which brand / type of antifeeze to use for Atom 3? 
How do you fill and bleed the new radiator?

im using evans waterless coolant. it does expand alot and is not ideal for the atoms small coolant bottle

I use Demon Tweeks 4-Life Advanced Engine Coolant - no need for anti-freeze. It expands by about an inch in the tank which is fine providing you only fill to the max line

Honda Antifreeze Type 2 (it's blue and premixed)
Its good enough for a CTR then its good enough for a Atom.  ;D

The factory use valvoline red.

Just called factory and going to use the same as they use in case I cannot get all the old coolant out of engine.
