They start at 22mm, and when I had mine skimmed they said I could have them done once more. Since each skim can take up to 1mm off, I'd say 20mm is probably close to the limit. I've also seen general alcon advice (from alcon) that says
"...discs must be replaced when either the total thickness has reduced to the minimum indicated on the external mounting face, or when any of the grooves across either inner or outer face have been worn away"
I seem to recall a sticker on the bell that I removed before painting (sad, I know) but can't recall if it had a minimum thickness shown. As with all things brake related, give the factory a call (and please report back)
