For all that attended the trip and paid for fuel near the hotel by card- may be worth checking your bank/card statement , as I filled up with 32 euros of fuel - yet the petrol company has taken 120 euros!!'

Luckily I kept the receipt

Just thought I would let you know

Cheers

Hi,

I've heard the same thing from Belgium. The thing is a that when you fill up and pay with CC, they take a guarantee. You should see this credited later.

We're at Oulton next Tuesday if you fancy bringing it along for a proper test?

Please don't go too much quicker than Karl though! ;)

Its these pesky pay before you fill pumps that are usually the cause - they clear as you say upto 120 euros or so - and sometimes actually take the amount - criminal.
