It'll be a great reason to go and buy a 'top shelf' mag... "But darling. I'm only buying it for the pictures of the Atom!"

Didn't someone suggest an Autoerotic board?

I did the www.cannonball8000.co.uk in September this year - Brussells - Prague - Budapest over three days. The trip was the best fun and we're booked to do it again next - this time for charity. I had also looked at the Gumball but the price is far too high. The cannoball is along similar lines and several people on this years event had done the Gumball but found this years Cannonball far better.Â
There were numerous fines and several lost licences but i would recommend it to anyone, the cameradie was great. Numerous knockon events happen over the year as well, for instance we've been invited to take the car to a Penthouse photoshoot next weekÂ

I've just noticed they're screening the "Cannonball 8000" in ITV1 tonight at 11:00pm.
Might see Richard (Benem) and his Atom as he took part, hence the invitation for the Penthouse photoshoot.

Yep just seen him, see what he means about luggage storage now.
Quite a cheap looking show for ITV1 should really be on men and motors.

At least he had a speaking part even if it was short.

I've sky+d this - don't tell me the ending...

Gumball 2007
Any (rather wealthy) Atom owners out there who are planning to participate on Gumball 2007. Start will be in London on 28 April and my current home town, Vienna, will be part of the tour on 3 May before they move in to Prague the next day.
Drivers allegedly need to pay â?¬ 35.400,-. Passengers are very cheap with only half the amount at â?¬ 17.700,-

Re: Gumball 2007
I asked about this in November but no one seemed interested.
The thread is here - Gumball 3000 Apr/May 2007
It's a pity you didn't show an interest earlier as you could have been my co-driver if we decided to give it a go.

I'd love to participate for the fun of it, but paying â?¬ 17.700,- is nothing I'd consider at the moment. I rather take that amount of money as a partial payment towards a nice KTM X-Bow. One benefit however would be that I do have a flat in Vienna and we would save the cost of a hotel there - although that's really negligible given the entrance fee.
Driver: Another one for you to merge. Sorry - I was not aware of Alec's thread before.

Re: Gumball 2007
Just saw that Alec's original thread went horribly off-topic - so we probably might end up having more on-topic posts in here
