My plans have altered slightly. I won't make the Churchillian until about 8pm. Start without me!

What a great weekend.
Weather held out for the most part, good company, great locations.
Nice to have a 'diesel kiss bow' accompanying the 'Ariel Atlases'.
Big thanks to Julian and Steve for organising and to Steve for tirelessly taking point.
More tomtomfoolery as I left Portsmouth ferry terminal means the satnav is now in the bin!
Rob.

Second what Rob has said. Had a really good weekend with so many laughs. Thanks to all who came and made an equal contribution.
I hope those who haven't taken the Atom or Kiss Bow onto the continent before are now converts and we will see everyone again on the next one.
For me a great trip and looking forward to the Spring.
Regards
Julian & David

Morning guys,
What a fantastic weekend. Did your Tomtom also send you off on the wrong side of the road when we came back off the ferry Rob
Another big thanks to Julian and Steve for all the organising.
Not been on any trips before and cant wait for the next one, had the best time ever, not laughed that much in years and made friends with some great guys including Igna , Admaral Hawkings, Carl in his modded up Atlas TDi, George, Rob, Dave, etc
Thanks again people and will try and load up some pics soon.

Glad everyone enjoyed it. And that we got decent weather for nearly all of it. I wasn't in the best mood after thursday night's girlfriend shocker but some of those roads that we found by pure luck were huge fun. Next year we'll plan another and leave some more rubber in France.

Absolutely brilliant trip
Haven't laughed so much in ages
The Ariel Atlas comment still makes me chuckle
The Kissbow TDI got a clean tonight as it was covered in George's coal dust!!!
Anyway , thanks for to Steve and Julian for organising the trip and for the Normandy beach diversion yesterday - topped off a great time.
Met some great new and old friends
Cheers

Fellas,
What can i say, a truly brilliant weekend that others can only regret not making time for, the stories will run and run but the giggles we've had will last a very long time. Inga has asked me to pass on her thanks to one and all for a mostly well behaved weekend. Her role as 'Nagivator!' was truly second to none and helped our tail end charlie position no end. As for the bloody conkers!! heavy braking today saw three more come out from under the seat, i can hear others but can't find 'em!
A big thanks to Steve and Julian for all the effort involved in organising the weekend, Inga really wants a champagne region trip next year so watch this space and see what happens? We may even allow very wide asthmatic diesel audis on the trip. Pictures and vids to follow.
Regards to the adventurers. Mark & Igna

Maximum of 4 pictures per post, total size of 1 picture or up to 4 is no more than 128Kbytes.
The pixel size (which controls how large they fill the page) is about 1024 x 768, any larger will give horizontal and vetical scroll bars.
That's if the pictures are hosted here - links to external hosted pictures are not controlled, but you run the risk of the pictures disappearing later on when/if that hosted web site gets removed etc ..
Here's a free Microsoft Utility that does it all for you - Just right click your photo and choose what size you want.
Microsoft Image Resizer Powertoy - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=211477
Simple how to use it info - http://www.wikihow.com/Easily-Resize-Photos-in-Windows-XP
