I have worked on 3 stints on around an hour each, ending in Greenwich Park Tea House (I will check they do food) lots of parking.

I will also look at pee stops along the way (Shell stations have toilets).

I would say Exhibition Road at 0630 so you can take in Piccadilly, Park Lane etc.  Else, meet at Horse Guards at around 0650, you can wait on the side of the road.  This would also be a good muster point.  Else at Starbucks alongside Tower Bridge, I guess 0745.  Another muster point.
