Chaps, just to update you, I am still waiting on the handbooks and camping details from Carfest. Have chased a number of times but heard nothing yet. I will let you know as soon as I do.

In the meantime, I'll book the curry house for 8 people at 7pm on the Thursday evening. Any problems give me a shout.

Right then, I finally got the exhibitors pack through from Carfest so all sorted. I have three camping pitches for me, Pete and Andrew, and a caravan pitch for Paul. Phil, no pitch of course. Kids tickets are all sorted and are free because the kids are all under 6yo (yes they are...). Only thing to pay is from Paul and Andrew as detailed below:

Alex/Daz - camping pitch, curry x2
Peter - camping pitch, child ticket x1, curry x1
Andrew - camping pitch £154 to pay, curry x1
Paul - caravan pitch with hookup, child ticket x1, £60 to pay, curry x1?
Phil - no camping, child ticket x2, nothing to pay, curry x1?

Let me know if i've got anything else wrong there please.

Count me in for the curry. I drink again now so don't rely on me and my truck for transport ... and after the double run to get the caravan and car down there I'll need a beer or two.

Ok guys, Phil unfortunately had a work issue and had to drop out but I've managed to fill the spot. Welcome Adrian (Kezzie) to the group.

He'll be camping for the duration and joining us for the curry too.

I have an extra piece for the pole as I queried the height issue and fixing of flag to pole. Is anyone going to the private car show in Surrey a week Saturday and carfest so I can give it to them.

Not sure if it will resolve issue.

Chaps, I have a car pass here to email everyone. Can you PM me email addresses?

Camping is at gate A, car display is via gate C this year.

I'll be arriving around 2pm on the Thursday so any problems give me a call. I'm on holiday from tomorrow until the Tuesday night before so Wednesday might be a bit full on but any problems try to get hold of me on text/PM.
