Dilemma,

Must be able to sort something out, Alex is looking for a pair for friends staying with him. You will be able to get a pair through AAOC angle with camping. Must be able to upgrade originals to camping. See if it's possible and come with us?

Hi Julian, Will definitely look into it a bit more tomorrow now that a few more are making an effort. Although I was going anyway it would be good to be staying over and getting together with a few others.

Sorry chaps I'm gonna have to sit this one out. The guests aren't really up for it and not having seen them for over a year I don't want to re-arrange the weekend. However, I'm a little gutted as I'd definitely be up for this so am putting myself down for a spot in next years event on the basis we might get another chance to show up as a club. Maybe even try to pre-empt it a little and get a run on the Hillclimb?

Right then all - Ariel are having a stand at this event so there will be a factory presence.

Pippa has also just contacted me and they need to know ASAP whether the club wants a stand for between 5-7 cars.  So if you want to be involved, speak now or forever hold your peace!  We'll give in until after the weekend, then Monday i'll let her know whether it's a yes or a no.

Time off booked ! Looks like a real good weekend, loads of car clubs going, might even get a go at the hill climb if it's offered

Sounds a great weekend but unfortunately I have my sister in law down this weekend!

As said in previous I have already bought a weekend family pass and dont mind leaving the car on the stand over the weekend but wont be there over night.

I guess Tom will be along shortly. That seems to work? Does that mean we would have a pair of tickets that we can pass onto friends, unoficially of course?

Still would be one car short though!

We need a minimum of 5 motors - and we'll have to pay the £420 between whoever goes.....

If we get 5 cars with 2 persons per car that's £42 each instead of £30 so not terrible, but we need at least one more car to get this off the ground.

Tom is it not worth speaking to your contact for the event and explaining that one of your car owners has already paid £150.00 for the weekend and would it not be a little uncharitable to expect someone to pay twice and off set it on the stand.
