I'm at 82kg, which is about 12kg to much.

I just need to avoid temptation.

110.4 so lost 0.8kg this week. Pretty pleased with that tbh given I've been out ever day since Wednesday eating with wife/mother for their birthdays! Not drunk though. This was the week I've been dreading (but enjoying!). Away tonight with the wife and then ON IT (diet not the wife lol)...

I'm too wimpy these days to cycle in the frost, no loss this week  >:(

On the bright side though not bothered about beer at all.

Yeah... I've fallen off the wagon a little. But I have lost a bit and am feeling much better.

I notice on the sheet it says "* Please note that the 'Total weight Loss' column will not show the correct weight loss until this Fat Club (2) spreadsheet is fully completed at the end of March".

We can change the formula to show the lowest weight entered (and then take that from the starting weight) for that person as opposed to totting up the changes as it does now, that would give us a "lost so far" figure.  Let me know if anyone wants to try that, we can always mix and match at this stage.

Phil

If you want to change the formulae please feel entirely free to do so (however please don't 'break' it!)  ;D

- I just whipped up this Fat Club (2) spreadsheet in about 20 minutes or so in an idle moment (I'm not taking part) as an academic exercise.

It is entirely open to whatever modifications any of the participants wish to carry out - I am just hosting it in my Google Drive.

I just thought that a single sheet - where everyone could more easily compare their own weekly progress directly to everyone else taking part - and is possibly a better solution than multiple sheets!

- I deliberately made it as simple as possible with no complicated 'what ifs' so it clearly show s the weekly loss and then the total weight loss when the last weekly entry is made.

Don't worry, I'm really grateful you've put it together, and it does a cracking job.

I'm not overly worried about changing, it just saw a simple (no ifs, just =start weight - min(a1,a3,a5) ) formula that would give you a running weight lost so far, so thought it worth offering.

I appreciate your permission to change it, but I think the general consensus is to leave it.

Thanks again.

It's a very simple change Phil and probably a useful one. Will be good to see at a glance what has been lost.

Hi Alex, Auto-Backup, everyone.

I've added an extra column "Lost So Far", which took all of 2 mins to add and populate with the formula.

If you don't want it, just delete your cell, I'm not trying to showup or underplay anyone, just trying to be helpful for people like Alex (and I wouldn't have thought of it if I hadn't also thought it handy).

Cheers

Phil

Looks good Phil!

I've added a red border and a touch of highlighting to emphasise your new column

Wish I had originally thought of it!

Below is the open link again should anyone like to join in? ;D

Jumped on the scales this morning and my target 80kg has been hit!  Yay!  Very smug to have done it inside 4 weeks.  So my work here is done.

No booze no biscuits and keeping a count of calories consumed and burnt helped.  Oh and an hour session of floor exercises weights and cross trainer daily.  But the big thing - golf!  Get some bats boys!

Cheers
