Down 1.5kg with not much effort. Time to ramp it up a bit this week :)

Swerved alcohol at the pub during the family meal last night. Made for a much smaller bill than normal  ;D

I've also got the taste back for Erdinger, sort of....

i admire your commitment guys !

have come to the conclusion my willpower is shite and i like beer at the weekend

my diet effort on saturday  comprised ordering an indian dish with less sauce than normal, oh and fewer poppadums

skiing trip start of feb and 10 days in thailand start of march

what could possibly go wrong ?  ;D

Hi Nick, I have been updating mine in the workbook and added some stuff if anyone wants to use it....

edit I was working on the original spreadsheet

Yes - created the second 'Fat Club Spreadsheet (2)' as I thought that it would be easier to compete (compare progress?) if everything was on a single sheet rather than multiple sheets?

You might have to do a full audit of the formulae at the end of March!
