Radicals New Record at the Ring

It seems Radical seem to exist for claims that their 'road legal' car smashes records.

There's an interestng thread on Pistonheads, most of the posters are rubbishing the record.

The Atom has often found itself side by side with the Radical on many speed tests. I recall when Evo did a group test (I think it was at Anglesey) they weren't able to test the Radical on the road as they couldn't get over the speed bumps - or something like that.

Of course the Atom hasn't been without controversy in speed tests. When the Sunday Times conducted the definative 0 - 60 tests back in June, the Atom was disqualified for using non-road legal tyres. I can't remember what the conclusion was here as some insisted they were road legal.

Radical? isnt that one of those cars you can't drive on the road? :P
