Brake calliper painting

Post by SvenTheHammer » Sat Feb 29, 2020 11:36 am

Has anyone had their brake callipers painted on their Atom or Nomad with great results? I had one quote, but it was over £1200 for all 4. Seemed expensive.

Yup, ask the factory. Had it done a couple of times. 600 quid all in.

Had mine ceramic coated but you need to split the callipers down

It was bcs automotive that quoted me £1187.

SvenTheHammer: was that price including you stripping the brakes down and handing them the calipers. or you just handing them the car and they do all the work? I would expect the later at that price quoted. I want to get my brakes done and probably the exhaust but not at silly prices.

Drive in drive out service. Leave the car with them in the morning, and pick it up the following afternoon.

Maybe they don’t anymore then. Had it done twice via them in the past, most recently in 2018.
