New Owner based in SE London / Kent border

Hi all, I've recently decided to move on from Caterhams (recently had an R300k and then R400 Duratex) and take the plunge into Atom ownership... I'm picking up my Atom in early March, a 3 with 3.5 upgrades ... counting down the days!

Hoping that this forum is a little more active than the Ariel section on Pistonheads!

Anyone else local to the SE and are there many Atom meets?

there are quite a few meets throughout the year, mostly weather dependent tho. that atom London dawn raids are fun. im based in sw london

I am West London as is Steve Gibson. We go out for runs on weekends and try to rally a few people to join us, weather permitting.

Goodwood breakfast club is good.

Look under events on here, there are quite a few trips organised including Pyrenees in June / July.

Where do you live, I used to be in Orpington and had a crate, some good drives over that side.

Ah well i can't afford a bigger place in Wapping
It got to expensive + the misus decided we needed to have good schools closeby.
I just wanted a garage and guess what, i'm not even getting that....

Chislehurst is lovely, know it well, good pubs, Indian etc. Schools were mentioned and London borough of Bromley still has grammar schools as does Kent.

Tower bridge may be trendy but if you are talking family then maybe not.
