Re: newbie from midlands
To give you a idea of how it will look its mounted into this high density foam which will soon be carbon faced with the switches spaced around including the brake bias knob along with a launch control button!!!

Re: newbie from midlands
do you allready have your new headlights mounted? I'm curious where you mount them, how it looks obviously and if all works with the available Atom's wiring.

Re: newbie from midlands
here,s a pic we mounted them in the same position as the original jcb crap, we have also fitted them with quick removal in mind as removed they could be worth 0.5 seconds a lap on track !!!! as for wiring them in pretty simple just slight mods....

Re: newbie from midlands
looks pretty good, unfortunately I don't have these mountings as I have the EU lights. Does the wiring go through the chassis or around it? (originally i mean)

Re: newbie from midlands
yeah around the chassis you can,t see it due to the body panel behind the dash !!!!!

Re: newbie from midlands
Did you remove the pieces where the side indicators and numberplate were attached? And if so, how are you mounting the plate, sticker?

Re: newbie from midlands
Yeah the storks where the front indicators / sidelights were are being removed as for the plate that's the stick on type on the nose cone ......
Re: newbie from midlands
Your new front lights would echo the rear new factory lights nicely

They look really good, I'm impressed!
Have you powered them up yet, and if so what is the brightness/beam spread like? How did you mount them, did you have to fabricate some sort of custom bracket etc and if so do you have any pics? Did you have to modify the chassis in any way to fit them? If you have fabricated the bracket yourself, would you consider making some more and selling them to fellow owners?
