Yes, made a boob on the mileage - it had done 3001. Still not much since I bought it off you though. We don't get the weather up here !

Don't know what you're talking about, the weather's usually good up here.

Although I suppose Bolton is a bit closer to the Pennines where it seems to scrape the rain off before it reaches Liverpool.

We should meet up some time as there's also a couple more Atoms up here, such as down the road in Warrington and over in Wakefield (as well as a shared one on the Wirral and another down in Wrexham).


P.S. Where does the name 'ritson' come from as some of my late wife's relatives in Bolton have that surname?

we'll definitely have to meet up, but maybe over your neck of the woods if the weather's better. Over here it's terrible - I think there's a permanent rain cloud over Bolton.

The chap that bought my Atom 2 only lives a couple of miles from me too, so that's another one oop north. I didn't know him before he bought the Atom, but he only lives a couple of miles away.

In fact, I've seen him bobbin'about in it today while I am (for the moment) Atomless
