Ariel Atom 3 - Supercharged - Sold

Sadly, I’m selling my Supercharged Atom 3 (2009), I have been offered another car that I just can’t refuse as the opportunity won’t come up again. My Atom is in excellent condition and only has 10,100 miles, I have owned it for two years now and enjoyed every minute. I spent a lot of time looking for a decent one and I’m glad I did. It has not been a disappointment and once I’ve saved up again I will get another! My car has some Factory history but being in Glasgow I have not made the journey down to the factory recently and I have had AG Motorsport look after it. Andrew is the current Scottish rally champion and is a very well-known figure in the motorsport world so I couldn’t think of a better person to look after it other than the factory. I am not in a mad rush to sell and expect it to take a while so I am planning to take it to the factory during the summer if the virus stuff calms down as my mate lives in Dorset and when we visited him last year I found out the factory was ½ hour away! (We stopped by much to my wife’s amusement!).

Escort Cosworth. Truly don't want to sell my atom but the Cossie is a one in a million car and I can get another atom again once I've saved up again. Kids are not happy with me

It was a well known car In it’s day (I’ve owned it 24 years), it was one that featured in Jeremy Clarkson Christmas DVD in 2000, Full Throttle

Mark knows his stuff, I've been following him for a while. My car now has a Harvey gibbs engine in it. 520bhp. When I had it there was a 400bhp in, Sequential box. 2wd. Full custom loom add management. All the bells and whistles. Fell out with it when I had to fix things all the time and just wanted to play and stupidly sold it on . Bought my atom and have enjoyed reliable fun since.
