[/quote]haha! Actually I'm going to bail on the onelap. I'm getting to old to drive 5k in 7 days.
Plus I'd have to do tons of prep in 48 hours.
If I was 10 years younger I would have done it in a heartbeat.

OneLap update - it is pouring in texas - there is 1 car open wheel and he has a coffin type trailer that his passenger can sleep in... insane. I know it is early, but we are leading Lux Sedan class.

We want to see PICTURES of which you speak.. Has the fun started yet?
Oh wait, found the pict of which you speak:
Looks like a Cr@terham derivative... Needs to get Kawasaki to sponsor them. That trailer is HUGE, looks bigger than the car itself. Something half that size would work for the Atom though.

Re: FS: Atom 2 300 $69k
One lap has been a blast so far - We are 1st in our class and 14th overall right now (car 32.) We're almost 3000 miles into the trip. I have a ton of pics on my blog - www.thegoalinc.com/1lap
Tony Swan is driving the Nissan GT-R - In the right hands I think that car could win the overall. We beat him in a downpour - but Tony has been doing well overall. We'll be at VIR tomorrow and I will try to track down the Trak guys between events and see how everything is coming along.

Re: FS: Atom 2 300 $69k
Auction just closed. Reserve met. I'm so sad.
I had three things done to the car on monday
new R888 tyres
TMI supplied links replaced
performance alignment
the atom drives tighter than ever before!
The R888's really stick
The steering slack is used to be really bad. It's gone now.

Unbelieveable, the guy stopped the check just before I shipped the car out.
I'm glad I didn't ship it yet. Well, the atom is back up on the market.
Meanwhile I get to commune with it on dry days :p
