If you can't find a secondhand one you can buy a new one at the link below :

You will need to drill the boss so as to be able to fit the Quick release from your existing SPA Shiftlight wheel - however if you want to keep the option of swapping them occasionally you will need to buy a new QR bit of kit (check the part number on the one you have to ensure you get the correct column diameter size) - see links below

Thanks for that autobackup. The reason I need one is because the 305mm SPA shift light wheel, along with my Tillet seats, mean I cannot see the speedo' from around 350mph up to 110mph, nor can I see the tell-tales. According to Matt at the factory, their wheel isn't the SPA 270mm one, but is actually custom made for Ariel and is 305mm - they are £200 new. Before I go down that route, I thought it was worthwhile asking of anyone had one lying around that could be "recycled".

I've looked online at various options, but I'd prefer to stick to the factory tried and tested size.

Just an update on this. The new factory steering wheels seem to made by Racetech and although undrilled, can be had for £116 (including VAT and delivery). I am going to order one and save myself £75 by drilling it myself.
