A bit of healthy (but legal of course) competitiion on the track does us all good. I can just see you and I spending a fortune to get our respective cars faster. So, what is lighter than magnesium alloy?

If you could manage to get wheels made out of pure beryllium, you might stand a chance compared to a magnsium based alloy ...but if you could find pure beryllium occuring naturally, you wouldn't be making wheels out of it!!
