Not receiving notifications

I'm not receiving notifications of either topic responses or PMs. Can anyone suggest why not please - my settings are all OK as far as I can see. The only thing I've done recently is change my email address from my arielatom.org.uk one to my regular one.

I received two notifications, seems to work..
