As we obtain various types of sponsorships, we will continue to enhance the AtomFest event and feature list and do everything to keep participation affordable. One of our first and foremost goals has been to assure that no Atom will need to pay for the track sessions which will run all day Friday and Saturday, October 19 and 20. We also will not charge anything for use of the Traqmate data acquisition systems used to record your laps.
All this means we must absorb the cost of track rental, track staff, emergency services, insurance and many other items. We are HAPPY to do it and are confident we will find enough sponsorship to offset these costs.
