Atomic Fabricator Award - to Bruce Fielding. Sometimes we can tell he's fabricating, somethimes not, but what a result his tireless work and contribution to the Forum had produced.

I'm not exactly sure of the rules about this sort of thing across the pond, but calling someone a liar usually gets your head kicked in in the UK... unless you're very, very tongue in cheek about it.  ;)

I'd love to know what bits you think I make up...

Well there's a bit you've made up about people in the UK kicking people's heads in.

Here in Liverpool we would react to being called a liar by giving them a Kirkby Kiss.

A Kirby Kiss sure sounds nicer than kicking one's head in!

A kirby kiss might well be...

A Kirkby kiss is similar to a Glasgow kiss... but performed by soft scouse poofs.

Fortunately the majority of the abuse/slang etc in NZ is of UK origin.
Without the accents... well without the Northerner/Southener UK accents...

Fush and Chups anyone?

It's just Bruce having another dig at everyone north of the Watford Gap.

Northerners don't speak with an accent, we just don't all speak with a plum in our mouth.

Never mind Watford Gap. Watford's north enough for me... (60 miles south of Watford Gap)
