SpeedVentures are running Streets of Willow on Saturday May 10th.
This is my preferred configuration, CCW with the bowl (so you're heading downhill towards the finish line.)
Also, it's on a Saturday, which means you have Sunday (Mothers Day) to recover.
I am going (in the BLACK group) and I see two other Atoms registered...
Also, if you PM me, there is an event afterwards that may interest you.
Anyone else interested?
EDIT: Modified with my correct run group.

Nick,
What is the green group? I have never run with these guys before so I have no idea how they organize things.
Maverick is signed up. What happened to AndyLUFC. He's just down the street?

Red (For ADVANCED drivers comfortable with open passing and race-like conditions.)
Black (For INTERMEDIATE drivers. Point-by passing only, anywhere on track.)
Blue (For INTERMEDIATE drivers. Point-by passing only, anywhere on track.)
White (For BEGINNING drivers with NO PRIOR track experience and LOW-INTERMEDIATE drivers or very slow or extremely cautious drivers who are WILLING TO SHARE THE TRACK WITH BEGINNERS. Point-by passing, Only on Straights.)
Okay, So I registered for BLACK (not green).
I prefer the intermediate, where I know some idiot will not try to pass me in the corner, when I am not ready.
Peter will probably be in RED, but there you go. (This means that everyone in the RED group is allowed to pass him as he's pulled over on the side of the track swearing at the gearbox...)

I stand by my comments.
But will be happy to share a bottle of wine with him at the end of the day.
(Peter's a great guy, and a bonus to any track-day event. I am SOOO looking forward to AtomWest!)

Just to say it was great to meet up with CalScot and Maverick on Saturday.
Photos and video will follow.
Peter's Atom is awesome.
I know everyone else says that, but it truely is a sight to behold.
I have photos with his 14" wide slicks, and it truley transforms the look of the car.
What's more is that Peter says that they actually WORK - but I'll leave it up to Peter to say more.
The more important news of the day is that Peter's car did not break down. I think he put about 40 hours of work into getting ready for the track day, so I'm certainly glad that it paid off.
Thanks also to Mav, who once again drove his Atom to the track.
I think he's gotta be close for the most road miles in a US Atom.
Mav, it was great to finally meet you, and hang out for a fantastic track day.
And yes, I got your spin out on camera.
Nick.
