It would be great for us to make an Atom TurnOut.

Thoughts everyone?

I am there!! Its quite a good cause, plus I think an atom contigent needs to be represented. The website suggested getting there early, but anyway, so lets see how many of us can commit to that date!

OH man I hope I'm back down in southern CA for this event. Guys, that awesome winding road I went on about is right there in West Lake Village. You have to drive it if you're there. Once again it's called Decker Canyon Rd.
The best route is to drive it going from the PCH to West Lake Blvd, that way you drive the inside lane so you are not as likely to go over the edge if you enter a corner too fast.
If I can't make it, let me know if you do the drive. It would be a great idea for one of you to record the run.
Cheersâ?¢

I will definately be there.

Can we get some kind of posting on who else will attend.

We can probably meet up and drive in together, so we park together.

Nick.

I'm making arrangements to attend the event with some GM club. Hopefully the Kappa's (sky/solstice/GT), but it may turn out to be a GM sport compact group..

This event was actually quite nice.  Thousands of really nice cars showed up for this charitable event...the highlights for the event for me were the Lola T70, the group of classic Ferraris (including several 250's), and the Lotus 11 replicas.  :tu:

There were only 3.. :(

Two of them were parked near one another, and there was a 3rd parked near his Lotus friends.

(Oh, there was a really cool Lotus 211 with the license plate "THE STIG")
