per positron's advice I torqued the header bolts to 45 ft/lb's the knocking sound is completely gone now, phew that was the cheapest fix to a problem I caused myself YAY!

Back in my day the two TX beers were Pearl and Lone Star.. we quit drinking Lone Star when they sold out to yankee's.. Shiner was what you drank when you couldn't afford anything else.. I can't get Pearl out here..
