I'm totally interested! What kind of file format(s) would you accept? I'm interested in having some lightwave models printed (I'm a sci-fi geek).
.STL files. The cost of materials is $250 per cubic inch. You can do sparse fill and it'll go further.
The going rate is $35 per hour of build time :p But we can work something out. Send me a file and let's see

Re: replacement steering bushing - anybody interested?
Count me in! Mine has too much slop as well.
Re: replacement steering bushing - anybody interested?
I think I'm ready as well. My slop is not yet excessive, but is increasing.
Re: replacement steering bushing - anybody interested?
Darth, it's not increasing THAT much.
Re: replacement steering bushing - anybody interested?
Its gonna be my footprint in ya ass I tell ya
See post 50 above... there is an off the shelf alternative that will be better. I ordered one today, I'll have it in about a week and I can report back on it.

I have a ScanStation 2 http://www.leica-geosystems.com/hds/en/lgs_62189.htm and can get a very accurate 3D scan of the Atom. Would that make a model possible with your 3D printer? Would I have to model the surfaces and the piping or can your software build the surfaces from "globbing" points?
WOW! Nice tool! Sure you can scan it in and then clean stuff up later.
I don't have that much CAD stills but if you have a relatively clean scan I'm sure we can do it!
The build envelope is 8x8x12inches
