Getting air into the coolant system

Been ratterling my brained for a few days now. Currently on a trip in France and all of a sudden my eater temps go silly and i have a air lock in the coolant system.
Things I have tried

Bleeding several times
Changed the water pump
Took out the thermostat
Removed the hot climent secondary rad
Flushed through the original rad
Put the coolant fill bottle higher up.

Nothing has work so far and its become quite frustrating. Any suggestions i will take so far.
