Here are some videos of 8 of the sessions I did.
I was quite pleased with my pace. I try to warm up the tyres for at least a lap which confuses some people when I speed up! LOL.
I am not the fastest, but definitely pushing on and growing in confidence throughout the day. I just wish I had more time to practise more.
