Was a lovely day. Sunny and warm later too.

I LOVED Brands. A great track. Love the elevation changes.  :vroom:

I took it slow and built up gradually but enjoyed every minute. In the last few sessions I was pretty pleased with my pace.

Good to see a few Atoms on track, and chat to some other owners.

Thanks again Stu for the garage space! :tu:

Hope everybody got home safe.

Cheers
Peter

It was a great day & nice to catch up with some other Atom folks too!

Brands Indy is such a great track to keep trying out different things with the car.

For those who have never had tuition, I've probably done 80+ Track Days and as I hadn't been to Brands for a while put my £25 down to see what I needed refreshing on. A couple of pointers later and I definitely gained over a second a lap and it would have been more if I'd been prepared to be braver on the brakes into Paddock and run right to the very edge of the track at Clearways.
Still the best investment you'll ever make in the car.

Can't wait for Spa next month :vroom:

Cheers,
Stu

The evening was superb but just not long enough! Thanks Stu for the garage space at the end of the day. Great to see everyone.

Weather was great even got a bit too hot.  So did my Radiator as it decided to empty itself onto my feet just before lunch time. Tried Radweld but antifreze was still pouring out, so had to call it a day.
Update on Radiator. First thought it must have been a stone hit the rad, but repair shop told me that the rad was rotten and is either very old or been standing around. Atom is only 5 years old and never stood around so all very odd. Any way great to meet everyone time went so fast did not get a chance to chat for long, hope to meet up again soon. Had a great day just a bit short.

Good to meet you David. Would be interested to do the charity day and Brands in future so maybe you can PM some details. Not sure if it will be this year but definitely interested.

Cheers
