Brilliant weekend even though it was a huge confidence knock for me. Interesting thoughts JP, I just could not get the speed I needed! (1 second) . Wow

no secret here Paul, as we have the same weight, i know the problem since years ! 
you are at least 50 Kg heavier than Nick and Andy, so on such a track with long acceleration from low speed, you have no chance as there is only one (fast) corner to try to compensate.

You know I don't like to make excuses but as discussed, I will agree with that one! No denying though, the boys at the front were flying

3. Lewis Cook had a spin at Paddock Hill Bend ending across the gravel and in the tyre wall.

Damage was a dusty/gravel-filled car with a bit too much offside rear toe-in.
Looked worse than it was - apparently just a bent upright and mudguard bracket
