I was going to go with a Atomhenge theme for this year, but, I don't like the way it was heading.  I am dropping the project.  I did get as far as mathematically placing the standing stones in the ring and the lintels on them.  It is fairly obvious that I would have to place the fallen stones and the center stuff, ... and the file is just getting too big to be manageable for a laugh.

I proved to myself that the system worked, but, because of binding between shafts I never got a working model.  My guess without binding, 6 to 10 feet on concrete.  I have left it on Shapeways as a working frame model with no engine.  I am playing with the detail printers now and they are very cool.  In the next few weeks I am going to print a hub and wheel assembly for the Atom at 1:24 to test some theories and to test material strength
