Thanks Nick. Here's what I have so far. For those opening the Google Map links - the route is correct on a PC/Mac but it breaks on a phone so don't freak out

It's a work in progress - and I tried to keep the legs small so we could have two or three way points. The third leg I haven't created yet but was planning to head over the east side - so could do St Paul's, St Katherines Dock, Bank of England, Rotherhithe Tunnel, The O2.

Also with you on Ace Cafe - it's a ball ache to get to. Perhaps we can finish off at St Katherines. There's a starbucks so we can get coffee and cakes. Trying to organise parking.

I will be coming from the east so will not meet at Heston but join enroute. Once the route is finalised can you recommend a convenient place to meet.

Hi Dave.  Do you think you could get to Horse Guards, say 0730?  That way you won't miss much of the rest of the tour.  There's space to wait on the side of the road.  Else we could pick you up nearer the city...

Be warned that we have been moved on from there by police guarding the PM's back garden. The only time that I recall we were safe from police interference was when I had a mate who was a Met Police Commander as a passenger in my car... He 'had a word' with the armed officers that came to move us on. You might be better off meeting at Exhibition Road. For newbies this is actually at the very south end in the pedestrian precinct area outside Comptoir Libanese
