Just watched the first episode. Really surprised that I enjoyed it. Watched it on demand so you can skip the boring stuff.

Re: Atom 4 on Fifth Gear
I think it's only on Quest, in the UK and Ireland you can stream it on QuestOD but I think it's firewalled outside of that unless you have some fancy IP spoofing setup ..
Here's the Quest channels :-

Re: Atom 4 on Fifth Gear
Well I thought that was a poor review by Plato.
You take a lightweight car on bypasses and motorways and complain that you feel exposed, rather than taking a “fun style car” on roads they are designed for. Comment there is no creature comforts!!
Then take it on the track and talk about for less time than you did about the negative points. Being Exposed, no comforts, noisy.
Surely anyone who buys an Atom knows they are going to be exposed to the elements, I thought that would be quite obvious.

Strange from JP, as he couldn’t say enough great things about the 3.5R On Fifth Gear a year ago.
So it’s not like he didn’t know what to expect......

Maybe the 3.5R is a better car...
He didn’t seem too keen on the turbo sound in the road segment.

Re: Atom 4 on Fifth Gear
I was looking forward to seeing Plato's review, but that was pretty disappointing. Far too short and he didn't go into much detail about the important things. I hate driving on the motorway in any car, nevermind an Atom. Completely the wrong environment and seems pointless. Why didn't he take it onto some nice A class roads? Maybe his time in the back of the Wrangler had put him in a bad mood!
On a positive note, I loved seeing more footage of the 4 again. It looks stunning, even when stationary in that parking space. Love the chunkier chassis and the new intake.
My mate is heading to Motorcycle Live at the weekend. I'm envious of him being able to get a good look at the 4 and the new Ace.

Re: Atom 4 on Fifth Gear
His complaints were about all things that inflicts all Atoms. Being exposed, noisy and uncomfortable.
As for the noise, I am sure he would of complained about about the supercharger noise in the same way, being wearing him do on a long journey. I love it.
Not enough track time, yes he loved the 3.5R but he didn’t drive it on the same roads if any, he loved the 4 on track too.
