Interesting video Nick :tu:

Ideal appears to be a hybrid k24 block for the displacement, with the k20 head for the extra flow (especially exhaust). I wonder who will be first to pull something like that off in the Atom world.... ;)

Hope you can get you car sorted soon mate! :-\
Atom 4, Clio v6, & some other cars obviously.

In the US there was a special edition HPD Atom with a K24Z7 bottom and K20Z3 head. I got the HPD engine from a Honda touring car in my Atom though my car started out as an SRA. I do believe it's the ultimate Honda 4 pot. The power output is the same as a 3.2L NSX Vtec mill, 200 wtq and 250 whp. Due to the bore/stroke ratio it's a recipe for a lot of torque so it behaves more like a V6 with strong lungs up top, nothing like the Honda F in the S2000 or the old H series in the Prelude, there is power everywhere.

I'm a bit split as to whether I like the sound of the F20C in the S2000 more than the hybrid. The extra 1,000rpm in the S2000 has a lot of zing but the 2.4L bottom is bold and guttural.
