Can you back that up with butt dyno data logging plots ?
Is that what the Skid pan data was referring to?
It's been bloomin' years since this Forum was so feisty, nice to see the passion from all sides!

Unfortunately not - you'll have to take my word on it!

When are we likely to see some video footage of any review done so far? Or by YouTubers?
Generally such reviews follow the written reviews within a week or so.
Its the magazines that have gotten hold of the car so far. Video Stuff usually comes later as it takes a lot longer to accomplish.

I wonder if that's why Red Bull moved to Milton Keynes, a clear tactical advantage for gathering data

Back on topic its is good to get some more snippets of info from Henry.
And power is torque multiplied by rpm (given the right units)
Atom 4, Clio v6, & some other cars obviously.

How do you qualify insanely fast though? we need hard numbers more than torque and bhp!! lol just kidding, I know, it will be an amazing machine for sure - I have no doubts there.
On a serious note, I don't particularly care too much about the engine, it's more the chassis and setup I care about. I think there was a question about the amount of down force etc that super car company's now seem to offer. This is interesting also but I'm more interested in how adjustable everything is (that is my my garage or at the track) i.e. roll centre, anti-squat, rear toe etc. It would be good eventually to have a collection of setups for each track or track condition to get the best out of the car and add these to the club.

Here's a piccy I took yesterday, I was just picking mine up from it's service when Henry arrived having just given someone a demo drive in the 4.
You'll note the wider front, mudguards that wrap further, higher lights etc. I'll leave it to the eagle eyed to see what else they spot, but thought it worth sharing as you can then compare the two. Bear in mind the two are parked differently, so actual measurements of width, height etc won't be right.

Thanks for the link Fastlane.
Good to hear about the suspension progress, and that the Atom4 is the more rounded and complete package!
Not quite so great to hear they preferred the 620 drive train though. I quote:
"The powertrain, despite the best efforts of the Ariel, is the more exhilarating and satisfying here as well; the throttle response is more urgent, the sound more musical and the top end intensity - when you dare - just downright thrilling. Ally it to an even shorter, sharper shift than the very good one in an Atom and the Seven drivetrain is ecstasy."
I'll miss the old charger insanity.
Atom 4, Clio v6, & some other cars obviously.

Hmmmmm, enough of the lipstick side by side photo contest. Head up to the track and settle the arguments

The 4R breaks cover then Henry? What about the 4S? Am thinking there has to be three models in this line up, base, 310, S 340 and R 380. Aero and remote reservoir coil overs as options etc.
If I drop my deposit down in November can I be first in line for an S?

I totally agree with you re the supercharger but I suspect that when we have the R version of the 4 to compare then things may be a little different.
Cheers,
Stu

Steve - Where do you get the "4R" from ?
Isn't that just the standard Atom 4 factory demo car ?
