Nope, but can't see why it wouldn't work....

It's not like the Atom is a particularly heavy car.

the problem i can see is the spacing of the lift pads in relation to the lifting points on the chassis.
I usually lift on the wishbones but spread the load with a large pad that covers both arms of the A of the wishbones. it says 125mm high but not as yet measured the clearance under the atom

Have you tried to put it on a two poster lift ?
I have tried but with no success yet.
But looking at the picture it seams to have a lot more movement in the arms than a standard two poster so it could work.
I will have a play tomorrow and report back.

It looks quite a versatile lift that is moved about like a palet truck. Just over £1800, they alao do a two post that only lifts 1500mm with a low post hight to fit in a domestic garage. May have to take the car when the weather gets better to the supplier to try the car over the lifting section. Went the other day there and they have a warehouse full of all kinds of lifts based in St.Helens. All lifts are Chinese made to UK specifications.

Are these similar to the wee beasties that you posted a picture of? (colours are different)

AS6521 - £1800 (Electrical)

Automotech also do this electrically powered (24v battery inc mains charger) version for £1975 I assume this makes it usable with no local mains power available? :

Spent the best part of an hour trying to make mine fit on a Cascos C2.3.2
Problems with a standard lift are the car is
1: to narrow
2: the tub get in the way
3: the arms on the lift to short
I know there are lots off different lifts on the market
My advice would be take the car and try in on the one you are looking at because it looks like it has a lot more movement
Than a standard lift.

I definitely this I will take the car to the supplier to check, they look very similar to the ones in the pictures but jus a different colour.
I suppose to beauty of the low hight two post ramp is there is no metal connecting piece so the posts can be positioned any distance appart and each has a hydraulic hose going to a remote pump.
Will check out the single post as soon as i can and inform on my findings. I suppose its jus handy as the company is only half a mile from work

Digger after exploring the Automotech website a bit further I came across these units!

Scissor lift : AS-7530D1 - £1450 (mains power required)
http://www.automotechservices.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/AS-7530D1.pdf

This would work as once it is installed in a garage an Atom/Nomad/other car could simply be parked on top of it when it is not in use (min height 105mm)!

It also solves the 'lift pad' positioning problem with a single post lift - it also lifts 3T so would be good for other vehicles - but a definite downside is that it only lifts a vehicle to 1m high!

Alternatively if you have enough space this AS-4T36 would appear to be of exceptional value as this mobile 4 post hydraulic version lifts to 1.9m and 3.6T? Again an Atom (or any other car) could simply be parked on it when it is not in use? Again mains power is required.

AS-4T36-Spec-High - £1590

I had one installed a few years back in our workshop
The only problem with the scissor lift is the decks when the car is driven on
The tub sits on them which would mean damaging it .
Great for cars as you just lift on the sills not for atoms.

I have a scissor style lift and it is superb. I park the atom on it permanently. I have made up some ramps to raise the level of the car a bit otherwise it would ground out. To lift it I simple slide two long bars under the wishbones and press the button. All four wheels off the ground in 30 seconds. Here's a pic I've lifted from my headlight thread so not of the lift as such but shows the run on ramps.

Found one!

To be honest I never really struggle with the height as with my other car it is only a couple of inches from the ceiling. Bare that in mind if you have a standard height ceiling, most two post ramps will not fit.

That looks like it would do as it has triple arm extension
I would still take the car and try
