Re: Helmets??
What I also noticed. With the Schuberth you get a large visor opening So large viewfield. But biggest advantage is that the room between your mouth and the helmet inside it really big. So if you're adding comms thats handy as you won't have the mic between your lips! With my Arai there is hardly any...

Re: Helmets??
Yes, I think the best option will be:
install hans clips on my Arai RX-7 GP with Hans clips for trackuse
use the Schuberth for roaduse with the GF as it's more quiet and comm is better.
(more room in the Schubert for the Mic aswell, compared to the Arai)

Re: Helmets??
The helmet will only be used in the Atom on the road (and sometimes trackdays) but I can use my current Arai for trackdays if needed. just want to get rid of the excessive noise money isn't an object as all these helmets are in the same league. Arai +- 799 euro Schubert +- 599 euro Bruce, I really l...

Re: Helmets??
hahah thanks for the coments guys :vroom: But I've been riding a sports bike for the past 20 years, trackcaring for about 15 years and I do indeed know the first thing is: FIT. I would never ever buy a helmet online!!! (If I hadn't fitted it in a shop first) I've always loved my Arai helmets and ne...

Re: BULK BUY - 5 spoke wheels
I've heard of several failures of Rota alloys on track cars. Maybe with the lower weight of the Atom you can get away with it. But that was the reason for me to steer away from them on my other cars. Team Dynamics Pro race's models have taken alot of abuse on my EVO and BMW trackcars and never had a...

I bought a spacer from Atom and that does the trick nicely!
(Steering wheel closer)
As I needed the steering wheel to clear my knees

Helmets??
Which helmets do you guys use?
My arai is giving me earpain so i'm thinking of trying a Schuberth C3 Pro as they are advertised as the most silent ones?
I have a full screen on the shelve but dont like the looks of it.
So I'm sticking with the 2 small plexy squares

Re: Minimal seat pads
And what do these from JK cost?
These look nice and are the same as on the atom i posted pics from.
Just hope they arent too big as it's already a tight fit for my 6'6 body .
But the new jacket has no padding on the back anymore and after 4h of driving on bckroads
I had a pain in my spine...
