Deposit down on a car now - cant wait.

So, I think I have been Atomised as well. Bungle kindly took me out for a ride and I want one.

I am looking at getting a used 160 - it means I get to have it for the summer which obviously has value - but where do I lose ? Is there any warranty on new cars ? I am stuck on whether to wait for a new one and maybe by then afford a 220 or go used - any views appreciated. How much over a new 160 i...

It's a Triumph Rocket 3 and I will be selling it as soon as I find an Atom.

Talked to the factory - they suggest I order a new one and if they get a used one they will see if I want to swap. May consider this but we'll see.

He has the option of the GM 2 ltr engine or the Honda - the things is, the GM engine has the same 300bhp but 250 ibft torque against 160 odd on the Honda. Yeah - this is the problem. So little can be saved 2nd hand buying new seems a better bet perhaps. I just wondered if a few more come up then maybe in the winter better deals may be had. Although I want a Honda engined car maybe the K-series cars may be better first buys ?

With seemingly a large number of Atom owners upgrading their cars at the end of this year/early next are we going to see a few more on the 2nd hand market ? I am keen to buy one over the winter.

I have to say I think wingless is better looking. I wont be ordering the aerofoil package. I feel it makes the car look a bit odd with the rear wing especially and encourages the kit car comments.

Meantime is there any owner in Surrey willing to let me have a quick look at their car and perhaps a quick passenger ride ? It's the Honda engined Mark 2 that I am more interested in.
