Yes if you have of UK preferential origin, as a document from the manufacturer. And yes , when used car, you'll pay a second VAT (the one of your country)

Incorrect answers here that i will clear up. After the Brexit, there was a brexit agreement signed by EC and UK with "preferential origin". There is no import tax or duty when importing to EC a car built in UK. Ariel's are built in UK, so no import duty , only VAT. Used or new, same thing....

I think Chyprus is in EC, so there is no 10% import duty but VAT yes.

I read that these beautifull calipers are made for 315 mm diameter discs minimum, but the AP discs are only 288 mm. Are the pads every where in contact with the disc ? or perhaps not on the pads exterior angles ?

Did you have to change the stays or anything else or is it direct fitting ?

Apart the ideas ahead, you can have a problem with one injector . I had it on an Atom 3.5 350 hp. I have sent the 4 injectors to a spécialised company for cleaning and control of flow. One was bad and need to be changed. The emission test was good after this.

Good question, don't know if enought place for horizontal one as on the older Atoms. Of course side pods are a solution but the cost will be much much higher.

Was answering to Reg i imagine that after your coolant modifications you can do several laps as you wrote, which is a good thing and which confirms my opinion that a second radiator with fan will be easyest and lower cost mod to solve the collant T° problem.
