Re: Lists of insurances that will cover the Atom
I'm also insured by State Farm in Georgia. I've been with the company for 15+years and asked for a "Stated Value" policy. They asked for photos and asked a lot of questions, but within 2 weeks I had coverage.

Re: Brammo Atom 2 Cooling Systems
After extensive reading and chatting with DDM Works I'll: 1. Add a remote oil filter and cooler by replacing the OE oil filter cap/filter with an aluminum unit with two AN fittings. I'll remove the OE oil cooler, pull the internal tube, and block the two ports with NPT plugs. A remote cooler and fil...

Brammo Atom 2 Cooling Systems
I recently purchased a 2006 Atom (Ecotec) and have done 2 track days with it. It has an upgraded supercharger and runs E85, the last roller dyno session revealed 315hp and 290lb-ft. The car is silly fun on track with street tires, and magical with big Hoosiers. Due to excessive fuel consumption and ...

Re: Rough track fuel usage on Atom 4
I just bought my Atom and have been reading everything I can find about tracking them. Old threads in enthusiast forums have helped me immensely with other cars, and I hadn't seen too much information about E85 in Atoms.

Re: Rough track fuel usage on Atom 4
If you're worried about fuel consumption, don't ever switch to E85 (high ethanol) fuel. During my first track day at Road Atlanta I was mystified when my Brammo Ecotec started running poorly before the end of a 30 minute session. It's running a 2.8 pulley, 60lb injectors, and HPTuner software. I lov...

Re: Anyone recognize the Cleetus McFarland Atom?
Cleetus purchased the Atom from an owner in Alabama. I purchased it from Cleetus 2 weeks ago and hope to get it registered in GA before Spring.

Mods include a TVS 1320 blower with a 2.8 pulley and dual pass endplate, 60lb injectors, E85 fuel pump, Palatov bell-cranks, titanium exhaust, Wildwood track brakes, and Ciro wings. Running on E85 it make 319whp/292tq.

Re: US Atom: Roll Call - Who's Active?
Peter S. here from Atlanta GA. I just picked up a Brammo AA2 for road and track events. This one has some exposure on YouTube from the previous owner (Cleetus McFarland).
