Thanks robfitz - I've been exchanging mails with Steve about it. I went out on the sunny(!) day of the easter weekend and it did clear itself this time. I have a service at the factory later in the month so going to leave it on fr now and discuss it further when I'm there.

That's for the feedback Speedmachine and GraemeW. Haven't removed the dash as yet, will be a job for the weekend. It doesn't appear to be clearing on mine, has been like that for last 2 trips. If the sun stays out I may take it out again this evening for a longer run and see if there's any improveme...
