Here is another option for rod end replacement which actually has another benefit of reinforcing the entire thimble opening. It's an extended shank rod end which has a radial failure static load rating: 19,751 lbs. https://steinjager.com/shop/index.php?r ... t_id=40198

Nice. Where in the US? I heard that a baffled sump and heat management upgrades are really necessary for the Atom 4 and should be considered necessary as opposed to upgrades if you plan on tracking your toy. I went and upgraded my entire fuel system to include an aftermarket ECU so I could run flex ...

Don't know if they are available in the UK but I'm a big fan of the BFG R1S. They are a bit cheaper (not by much but some) than the Hoosier A7 but twice the wear rate and 95% of the same overall grip. I'm running them here in CA and they handle heat well but have good grip at 60 degree temp, though ...

Hello all, My name is Myron Ybarra and I own a 2007 Ariel Atom 2, aka Captain Proton which is a Brammo built Atom with the Ecotec engine.
