I think the issue with the NC500 was that it was a week. 2 days to get there and 2 days to get back meant only 3 days to spend on oversubscribed roadage.

I know not everyone lives in the arse-end of the South, but still... getting to Inverness and upwards is a tough ask for most peeps.

Did you mean a week in Wales? Can do, but maybe this warrants a tour.

Start in Wales and work up to Lake District? Or maybe cut it down to 3 days in Wales, as was planned in this thread previously?

Either way, it's almost 2020, so I'm keen to get some potential dates in the diary.

Perhaps we do a welsh week instead of the scotland trip, as there was little interest for that?

I'm bored.

When can we go out to play again?

Regretably due to weather most of us are dropping out of this. Some brave souls may still go, but consider it cancelled.

We going to make a go/no go decision on Monday depending on the weather which isn’t looking great at the moment. Monday is cut off date for hotel cancellation without fees

I am hopeful to join, I have booked the hotel but have some significant work commitments that may prevent me coming along. Will confirm at the weekend. Just got the car back from the factory following a big service, lots of nice new 4’s being built, 3.5 year waiting list!

The Atom is back to the factory on the 14th for the first oil change, and spanner check. Then the gloves are off! >:D

Justine and Richard confirmed for Saturday, we may be able to meet up on Friday too, just need to check the route and see if it works for us...

Routes for the Thursday/Friday 10/11 October now on MyRouteApp in Club group. Join us at any point on this route or meet us on Friday night at the Betwsy Coed hotel. Still working on routes for the main drive on Saturday 12 October. Long range weather forecast for the weekend in Wales not looking great. So it can only get better.

Hi Justin,

I'll be in Brecon around lunchtime/ early afternoon on Friday. Then around Elan Valley the following morning, coming up from Whitesands Bay, en route to Snowdonia.
