if anyone's interested 9.5 AFR isn't a good tune. ;)

By way of comparison, OTT Performance( :td:) tune that came with TVS = caca. Would not come off of 10:1 afr.

Fessed up on another forum of error.. would not return emails phone calls.

Stay far away from OTT.  :td:

I have had the full upgrade for about 3 months including the exhaust.  Expensive but now drives much easier and has had any issues.  I have not been on the dyno but the butt dyno reveals no negative issues with power and consistent laps at speed "feel' the same.

If I get a chance I would like to do the dyno pulls to see what the actual output is .

I have all of the old parts to the GM stage 3 (300) if you want them for cheap. exhaust, ecu, injectors, pulley, triple endplate

Received private PM's that were not positive toward this upgrade.
Did anyone have a positive experience with this???

Think there's some discussion in these two threads if you haven't ready them already...

Experience with Sector 111 tune / intercooler upgrade?

by iwantanatom » Sun Jun 27, 2010 3:21 pm

I was thinking of having the sector111/Secant power upgrade along with the intercooler upgrade from Tom installed.
Does anyone have experience with this setup? I would appreciate getting your feedback (good or bad) on how it is working for you.
My understanding is that it changes that air intake setup, does anyone have pictures of what the car looks like after the install? Did any body panels have to be cut?

I'm not sure why this isn't shown on the sector 111 store, but a partial description is on their blog for anyone that might be wondering what I am talking about.

Full description (from a sector 111 email back in Nov 2009):
The above dyno chart shows our results. With a 15% powertrain loss factor, we can confidently claim 280hp & 240 ft-lbs of torque. The dyno below compares the before and after results from the same Atom. This testing was done on the same calibrated dyno at K&N Engineering. Note how the dip is power was fixed between 2500-3500 rpms. Power delivery is better everywhere with this upgrade.

Here are some of the key Benefits of this upgrade:
1. Reliability from a safe tune (280hp & 240 ft-lbs at the crank)
-stock engine internals can only handle this level of power
-91 octane
2. Improved Driveability
-remapped low speed throttle response to make around town driving smooth
-power delivery is smooth and constant
3. More revs from a 7100 rpm redline
-this is the SAFE limit for the stock engine

We have worked with key suppliers like Secant and Unique to sort out the correct mechanicals for your Atom. You can run your car with full confidence that it is sorted. Our goal was to create a safe tune that would make the car even more useable with stock internals and 91 octane.

280hp KIT
-includes:
-ECU tune loaded onto 'new' Delphi ECU
-New intake
-New 76mm pulley + hub
-New 42# injectors
-New belt
