Now, 360 photos. I've posted a few on something called facebook and will put some more on in due course. Not exactly sure how it works, but this is a link the front page
.

Cool pics, what's the software behind them?

Hedge, it all done in the camera, Ricoh Theta S
https://theta360.com/uk/
It cost me about £300 and it was clamped to the roll hoop in a weather proof dome as well as hand held. Also remote controlled via a smart phone.

Well what a cracking day!
Cracking weather, cracking cars, cracking people, particularly at the 96 Club and their hospitality.
Thanks to Sir Nick for instigating the day and to Bruce for all your time oranising the route and pulling it all together.
Also thanks to everybody for comming along to make the day.

Great weather. Great turnout. Great sights. Route was a bit hit and miss though...

Suggestions welcome for the future, but I think that we need to avoid Buckingham Palace (that always screws things up), and we probably need to find another collection point to the east - possibly revert to MacDonalds. View is nothing like as good, but at least we won't be turned away by snotty security. In the meantime,  I'll see if we can source another gathering point with views.

Also, although it's great having that many cars, I think that we should at some point break into more manageable chunks - say four / five cars. No way we can keep track of a dozen or more, although the effect on the public must be quite something I wouldn't know as I am usually the first to pass them and by the time the midfield arte passing, the look of awe must be er... awesome.

Happy with the South Ken collection point. Highlight was possibly the looks from the public on the Kings Road cruise, and the civilised collection point at the 96 Club. Thanks to Suzi for allowing the ASBOs amongst the classics. The Ferrari 250 was a great addition to the tour.

Also, I am selling a hardly used TomTom Rider 400 if anyone wants one.

Yes it was a fantastic turn out, best attended raid I've been on.

I would humbly suggest that rather than plotting a 'route' we lay out a list of 'spots' in order of appearance. Then groups or individuals could use their own route apps/devices to get there and either regroup and wait or move on to the next to regroup.  How does that sound?

I have some Gporo footage that I will edit so as to try and get as many different cars in as possible.  If anyone has additional footage I'll have a go at cutting those in as well if you want to send them to me (file size may be a challenge to send tho!)

Cheers

Nick

Hello all.
Excellent day today. Great to meet everyone as it is my 1st event. Thanks to Bruce for organising and also all the help in my hour of need. Despite best efforts went home from the Ace cafe on the back of a low loader after waiting 5 hours.  I hate immobilisers and not too fond of the RAC either.
Cheers
Dave
