Thanks for reminding me to look for updates on the 111 site.
The initial
press release was short on details.

I would imagine there are many advantages to importing "parts" vs "vehicles" and perhaps this leaves the door open to registration. Sector 111's Atom sales page is full of disclaimers, but at least alludes to the possibility of street registration.
